Homemade Unleavened Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c + 1 tsp shortening
  • 5 Tbsp water

Directions

Mix flour & salt together, cut in shortening. Add water. Divide into 10- 12 pieces. Roll them out & prick with a fork. Bake at 250 for 20-30 min.
